Care planning is fundamental to aged care. Kindly has made care planning straightforward and easy to use.


Intervention Library - The clinical team are provided with a comprehensive intervention library to help ensure no detail is missed and help speed up the general care planning process.


Clinical managers are able to edit and adjust the library to meet the changing demands of the residents, and staff can manually enter bespoke needs to ensure care remains individualised.


Evaluate and Duplicate – If only small changes are needed to a care plan, staff can use the duplicate function to avoid having to reinvent the wheel. This saves time and effort.


Helper text – Helper information is available for each care plan for simple pointers and reminders, such as remembering to set the review date for an initial care plan for 3 weeks!


Templates – Kindly’s care plans are fully customisable but the system comes preconfigured with:
