Form Builder
Kindly has simple ‘drag and drop’ Form Builder so you can convert any paper form into a digital copy. It includes a range of field options to make your information rich and handle almost any business process.
Statuses
Forms can be given multiple statuses to help manage your workflow. This includes:
- Incomplete – Incomplete is used when there might be multiple people involved in the process, such as an approval process. The system will ask you to set a review date so that nothing gets forgotten.
- Complete – This is to indicate that the process has been completed and the form is the active record.
- Closed – This indicates the form has been closed and is no longer required to be shown in the system.
Notifications
Email notifications can be configured using Kindly’s rules engine. This helps the right person get notified at the right stage in the process.
For example, the facility manager might only get a notification for a ‘High Risk’ incident whereas the reviewing nurse will get notified for ‘All’ incidents!
Export
Quickly export your data to a excel file to create your own reports and do inhouse analysis.
